What is "Unit Care"

Structure of the Unit Care is to make their life the same as before. We know each person had different style of life, so we try to considerate to make their living here.

There is another family here living with staffs who want to see your smiles.

Set up

There are living room and kitchen, also a mail box at the front of a house because of this is the house.

We think this is the most important thing to set it up for creating their comfortable life circumstances.

"I want to stay my home with my family till the end of my life if it possible."

In fact, there may be such a feeling deep inside their heart.

If there will be able to make a space which possible to live as like them before,

We believe a place here is going to be lovely place for them.

To care

All we care about what we can do for them during a day here.

We make a twenty four hours sheet for providing care beside them.

The meaning of the word, this is philosophy of the Unit Care to continue their ordinaly life here.

They used to live their house. There are other's houses and villages around it. We would like to keep their life circumstances as like as their life before even if they move here.

- Unit leader on-the-job training facility -

A requirement of the facility called "Facility of type the Unit" has to put two staffs who finished programs about a leader of the Unit.

We were specified from promotion center of Japan Unit Care to accept a training of the leader from all over Japan.

We also accept consultations and tours from other facilities and related organizations as needed, and play a role in spreading individual care and Unit Care to the community.
